On May 23, former and current participants of the Paris Remote Sensing Master’s Program (jointly offered by IPGP, Université Paris Cité, and Sorbonne Université) gathered to celebrate its 40th anniversary. The event was an opportunity to reflect on the history of the DEA/Master’s program and to engage with professionals in the field of Earth and planetary observation about the evolution of the training program. The discussion focused on how the program is adapting to meet the challenges of space observation in the coming decades, particularly in the context of the pressing environmental crises that are at the forefront of future challenges.
